Shipping policy

Orders placed and Artwork sent by noon on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day. In some cases it may not be possible to dispatch your order the same day due to unforeseen circumstances such as a breakdown of our DTF Printer. In such cases we will notify you and provide you with the option to cancel your order.

We use the following couriers: Royal Mail (Tracked 24, Tracked 48), DPD Next Day, DHL Next Day. 

We currently offer 3 delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Delivers in 2-3 working days

Next Day Delivery: Delivers in 1-2 working days

Next Day Pre-Noon: Delivers next working day by noon (not guaranteed)

We currently only dispatch on working days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends will be dispatch on Monday. 

In some cases parcels can take longer to be delivered. We cannot offer cancellation or refunds due to courier delay if it is delivered within 3 working days of dispatching.
